A recent trip to Barcelona reminded me of something easy to forget in a world full of noise and uncertainty: we are not meant to shrink. Standing inside Gaudí’s breathtaking designs and later spotting a lone green parrot among a flock of grey pigeons, I was struck by the same message twice. Boldness matters. Difference matters. Presence matters. In times that feel increasingly ambiguous and disconnected, choosing to stand in your purpose is an act of leadership.
